Welcome to Shilpkosh. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products, including our paintings and embroidery clips. Because each piece is uniquely handcrafted to order or in small batches, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.
1. Final Sale Policy
All items purchased through Shilpkosh are considered Final Sale.

Artisanal Nature: Due to the delicate nature of embroidery and the uniqueness of hand-painted art, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference.

Unique Variations: Please note that because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and design are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
We want you to love your purchase. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we are here to help.

Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Evidence Required: To process a claim, please email us at [support@shilpkosh.com] with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a store credit. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the crafting or shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
4. Shipping Costs
In cases where a return is authorized by our team (e.g., a wrong item sent), Shilpkosh will bear the shipping costs. Otherwise, all original shipping fees are non-refundable.
