Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shilpkosh. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
Because our products are handcrafted (Paintings and Embroidery clips), each item requires time for preparation and quality checks.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (estimated 2-3 business days).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shilpkosh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Packaging for Fragile Items
We take extra care in packaging our delicate handicrafts.

Paintings: Shipped in protective, moisture-proof layers and rigid backing to prevent bending.

Embroidery Clips: Secured in padded boxes to ensure no damage to the intricate threadwork.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team immediately at support@shilpkosh.com with photos of the package so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
